
FyreFlight Games is an independent game development studio based in the United Kingdom, founded by lifelong friends and creative collaborators, Vedanshu and Harrison. Brought together by a shared love of games that blend narrative depth with mechanical challenge, they established FyreFlight to create experiences that stand apart in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

Our workflow supports parallel prototyping and narrative development, allowing us to maintain momentum while nurturing creative risk — a critical balance in the evolving games industry.

Our core team consists of multi-disciplinary developers with experience across game design, animation, level building, procedural systems, AI, and VFX. We work closely with a network of freelance specialists and external studios as needed — a hybrid model that allows us to scale per project without overextending our core infrastructure.
We’re also proud to be building long-term collaborations with industry advisors and veterans from major studios, including former leads from Crysis 3, X-COM, and Dirt 2, whose feedback has informed our early prototypes.

Vedanshu Mahajan
Founder and CEO
A vision and the means to get to it! With constant exposure to leading highly technical teams and keeping projects on track, Vedanshu uses his wide repertoire of skills to lead every aspect of game development in FyreFlight Games. Recently graduated from Cambridge, his current focus is on creative direction and he is the creative force behind our storytelling, crafting narratives that ignite passion in gaming and captivate audiences.

Harrison
Wise
CTO and Co-founder
With a strong technical background from coding to 3D-modelling, Harrison spearheads technical development within FyreFlight. Bringing senior level interdisciplinary skills from electronics engineering and satellites, Harrison sets the tone for optimized streamlined code and best practices in our projects.

Anastasia Anastasopoulou
CMO & Co-founder
Anastasia has over 25 years of experience building and scaling products from the ground up, working with companies of all sizes, including SingularLogic, the biggest software vendor in Greece and large manufacturers such as MoyPark and Thompson Aero Seating in the UK. Anastasia helps FyreFlight Games maximise customer engagement and leads sales and marketing for the company.

Jin Hu
CFO and Advisor
Jin has 16 years of experience in the energy and chemical industry. She has successfully invested in new energy, low-carbon, and chemical start-ups and has board director experience as a corporate investor. Jin is a strong supporter of ESG investment and a role model for diversity and inclusion, including serving as a judge and panellist for female entrepreneurs. Jin took on responsibility as CFO for FyreFlight Games and leads fundraising and financial management for the company.

Paul Edwards
Art Director
With 20 years of experience in the industry and leading experience, from Codemasters to Absolutely Games, Paul brings the heavyweight management and production of game assets. He balances advice and mentoring to not just our art team, but with being hands on in leading implementation of all art in engine. With 20 medium-large games in titleship, we expect Paul to be at the forefront of scaling FyreFlight.

Alex Metcalf
Lead 2d Artist
With an undergraduate and a master's degree in game arts, Alex loves games and, more importantly, the art surrounding them. He loves the horror and fantasy genres and loves to see how he can blend the two together and make a simple concept into a stunning design.

Ben Burnett
Sound and music Engineer
Ben is an audio engineer with a BSc in Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister) from the University of Surrey and a published technical paper in perceptual acoustics for virtual environments. Ben has extensive experience working in audiobook production and the production of pop and classical music.

Alex Shenjobi
Student Animator Intern
Alexander develops bringing characters and the world to life, filling our games with personality through technical animation and implementation.

Autumn Mitchell
Social Media
Manager
Autumn manages the front end of our company, working closely with all stakeholders to give a cohesive and fun face of FyreFlight on all platforms. She works with Anastasia to bring to life the bigger picture plans of customer and business relations and produces content for everyone to enjoy.

Gabriel Whyte
Game development trainee
Gabriel is our newest member training in all things game development and design. Working directly in engine, Gabriel implements features involving various aspects of back end and front end development.
